Cottage by the Cove has all of the luxuries at home while you're away on vacation. With peekaboo views of Perkins Cove and the Atlantic ocean, you'll love relaxing in this single-level, open-concept cottage, featuring 2 bedrooms and an updated, full bath. The property provides split unit heating and cooling throughout, along with a washer and dryer on the same level as the rest of the house.
Enjoy a relaxing morning watching the sailboats pull into the cove while sipping coffee from the breakfast nook. The cozy seating area of the living room space features a 49" LED Smart TV so you can sit back and watch your favorite shows on Netflix. A collection of board games, cards, puzzles and books are available to entertain all ages. Unwind and enjoy the night breeze from one of the cottage's two decks.
Two sizable bedrooms are set back from the main living/kitchen/dining area, providing a separation of space for quiet time. One bedroom features a king-size mattress and smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen-size mattress and views of Perkins Cove.
Located just a five minute walk from Perkins Cove where you'll find quaint shops and notable area restaurants. From the Cove, you can walk along the Marginal Way and enjoy stunning ocean views, or stop off at the small tidal beach (just .7 miles from the property). Enjoy the mile-long stroll into town center, or catch the trolley from the Cove over to Ogunquit Town Beach, Footbridge Beach and town center.
